SRDC paying a Courtesy Visit to His Excellency the Governor of Sarawak

His Excellency the Governor of Sarawak, Tun Pehin Sri Dr. Haji Wan Junaidi Bin Tuanku Jaafar, and Her Excellency Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Fauziah Binti Mohd. Sanusi, today received a courtesy visit from a delegation of the Sarawak Research & Development Council (SRDC) at the official residence, Kasuma Resort, at 10:00 a.m.
The delegation was led by Ts. Dr. Peter Morin Nissom, General Manager of SRDC and Managing Director of Sarawak Science Centre Sdn. Bhd., accompanied by Dr. Ivan Yap Kok Seng, Deputy General Manager of SRDC and Chief Executive Officer of the Sarawak Infectious Disease Centre; Ms. Yeo Lii Kheng, SRDC Research Project Leader; and Ms. Vanessa Inja Anak Randie, SRDC Office Secretary.
The purpose of the visit was to present the roles, responsibilities, and research and development strategies of SRDC to Tun Pehin Sri, as well as to provide updates on major projects, including the Sarawak Science Centre and the Sarawak Infectious Disease Centre.
Tun Pehin Sri expressed his confidence in SRDC's efforts to drive research and development advancements in Sarawak, particularly in the fields of science, technology, and health. He conveyed his hope that these initiatives would bring significant benefits to the state and its people as a whole.
