On September 1, 2023, Twin Catalyst Sdn Bhd, a local Sibu medical device innovation company, signed a licensing and technology transfer MoU with Savewo International Limited, Hong Kong, at the Hilton Beijing Wangfujing, China, witnessed by the General Manager of Sarawak Research and Development Council (SRDC)The MoU involved an investment worth over RM30 million to license, manufacture, and distribute Wondaleaf products internationally. SRDC funded these two projects to conduct further R&D activities worldwide, under the grant (RDCRG/SPV/2019 /02 - RM 500,000 - on the Commercialization of two new and innovative condoms - Wondaleaf Unisex Condom & Wondaleaf Cap Condom) and RDCRG/CAT/2019 /27 - RM 200,000 on Dressing pouch for circumcision and diabetes ulcer wounds: Clinical trials).
